Goal to Win introduces its first App, Chicken Dinner.

Chicken Dinner is a Performance Assessment App that combines data and video to track the performance of your athlete or yourself to ensure that performance goals are met. This timeline can provide instant feedback to review progress over time and graph this progress for you.

Chicken Dinner is designed by National Team Coaches who have Olympic coaching experience and have developed World and Olympic Medal winning athletes. These coaches understand that time is valuable where in most situations the coach or parent has no staff to assist and he or she must do this on her own. Chicken Dinner is designed to be easy to use and fast to cover the basic needs in tracking, looking at performance trends and analyzing video in a busy training environment or in a one on one coaching situation.

Performance Assessment is a coachs tool for developing detailed training plans, tracking athlete performance, creating accountability to achieve success, assisting in maximizing performance output and makes it fun to track just how one achieved performance success while not losing track of what did happen over a set time period. Chicken Dinner is your personal assistance in keeping a coach’s work book at your side.

Data Tracking Features
1.Trackable skill areas for men and womens gymnastics, soccer, tennis, wrestling and a My Sport area to start your own favorite sport or activity. A lot more is coming here and you will control it.
2.Set up a profile for an athlete or anyone who want to improve their sport performance skill/s
3.Select from a pre-set skill list to track. Only select the areas you want to access and track
4.Keep written notes that are linked to the video to set plans and reminders of what needs to be improved.
5.Record a voice over to save time and link it to a video to assist in planning and key comments associated to the performance on that video
6.Date stamp marked Videos for easier tracking. This stamp goes right onto the athlete’s performance graph which you can recall easily to review performance over various time periods
7.Mark the performance environment that each skill was accomplished in; workout, competition, intra-squad, an assessment/testing period, a scrimmage, match, etc. Just pull up the list and check it
8.The data rankings create a great discussion for coaches as a starting point to understand how each person views a performance level. Example, rating is 1-10 (10 as the best) and one coach scores a 5 while another 7. Bring the coaching staff together in their assessment of the team and of each athlete to discuss this technical difference. Make it even more interesting with a self-assessment by the athlete on the same 1-10 scale. NOW LETS TALK!

Video Analysis Features
Features unique to Chicken Dinner –

2.Side by side Video Comparison
3.Drawing tools to mark angles, indicate positions, or use as a coach’s drawing board.
4.Forward and reverse motion by just dragging your finger across the screen. You can render the video to activate if you want or leave it as is for quick review periods and get right back into the action videotaping the next skill.
5.Frame by frame icon buttons
6.Video speed control
7.Automatic play back mode, repeats the action until stopped or paused
8.Video linked to a persons profile
9.E-mail your video to a coach for review; send it to YouTube account to keep a team’s videos in the same place, and save it to your camera roll.
